Autostrada Wielkopolska S.A. is an international concession company responsible for the construction and operation of A2 Motorway in the 149 km section Nowy Tomyśl - Konin. The concession agreement with the Government of Poland, permits Autostrada Wielkopolska to manage the biggest infrastructure project in Poland under the concession system.

International concession company Autostrada Wielkopolska II S.A. has built and remains responsible for the operation of the 106 km long A2 motorway section from Świecko to Nowy Tomyśl. By way of providing transportation link between Poland and the West European motorway network, it has become a key element of the biggest infrastructure project in Poland under the concession system.
