Statement of the Management Board of Autostrada Wielkopolska S.A. into decision of the European Commission

In connection with the decision of the European Commission concerning the compensation scheme agreed by the government under the vignette system applicable in the years 2005 – 2011, the Management Board of the Company informs that currently the issue have been thoroughly reviewed by lawyers. Once such analysis is completed the Management Board will make further decisions. For 20 years Autostrada Wielkopolska S.A. is a reliable company that has been performing under the agreements with the public party and its business partners and intends to continue providing top level services in accordance with the Concession Agreement with the government.
